Very good

Stunning location and relaxing resort with helpful staff.

Spacious apartment, comfortable and clean. Great view from balcony. Outstanding breakfast.

Although there is a fitted kitchen they dont provide any pots or pans to cook with and no cutlery.

Overall a good experience

Staff was good, resort was clean & decent, cycles were good but couldnt enjoy the ride of steeply roads

Entertainment part missing, better will be if restaurant was in the resort, ordering it from outside & waiting in the room does gives a feeling of staying in our house & not in a resort!

They could be excellent but have gone for minimal room supplies which cost little and make this hotel seem cheap.

Swimming pool and facilities

Poor check in with a long discussion over bedding arrangement that was booked( 4 beds) which caused conflict, that in fact was easily resolved and ultimately unnecessary. A kitchen that was completely stripped and unusable for even the basic of making a hot drink.

Overall a decent place to spend a day with family. Very good staff service.

Food taste could have been better. Especially sambar, vegetable curry and Upma. Idli was very stiff.

The pool and play area were nice.

* Rooms and service could have been better for the value. Though the kitchen is provided, no kettle, coffee, or tea packets are missing. Its only provided if asked. * Walls and paintings have a lot of dust accumulated; I am not sure when they were last cleaned. * The commode seat was broken. * TV / Set top box was not working. * Remotes were broken

Excellent and recommended

Clean, neat and quiet. Well maintained and value for money. It is my first experience in Doom and they pretty well done interior design and spacious room then I expected. My kids liked the hot tub and enjoyed the stay. Staff is cordial and polite

There is no in house restaurant, which is little uncomfortable, if you want to have lunch or dinner time with family but they arrange food from restaurant & you need to have it in the room. Which is something not okay
