Location, it was fantastic!

Pool Opening hours, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy it in the afternoon. The pool temperature wasn't great, it would have been better to set it warmer.

Lovely room, comfortable and great central location.

Comfy bed. Huge bathtub. Fireplace was a nice touch. Good size room. Very very close to Royal Mont hill!! Uphill walk, but only 10 mins to the base. Close to Timeout market and the shopping.

The panoramic view room views were underwhelming. But the weather was bad. There was noise from the street even on 14th floor - noisy. Tv limited - couldnt stream/mirror/cast.

OK stay but missing the "Va-va-voom" factor..

Modern Decor huge bath tub, comfy bed and pillows. Complementary nespresso coffee in the morning, luxurious bath robes and nice fire place in our room.

Dressers drawers and shelves were not clean (very dusty, splatter stains etc). Bathroom water pressure was very low. Valet parking was not organized. Water in the room was at an extra charge Staff was defensive whenever concerns were addressed rather than comforting. TV had minimal channels and no rental options available.

Location

The restaurant on site was closed, and the pool had limited hours (2 hrs morning and evening after 6) which did not accommodate me. This was not indicated on their website and both the restaurant and pool were reasons for my selection of this hotel.
