    The room was incredible, a perfect end to a busy work trip. So comfortable, the personal wifi was a huge bonus, the bath and shower were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I arrived 3 hours early but the front desk were happy to check me in, which was a real godsend - and generally the staff were just super friendly throughout my stay. They sent a complementary bottle of champagne to my room and I enjoyed a dip in their pool and sauna - which was quiet and so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too, both the buffet and the menu items! The location is great also, in the mix of L'Opera and surrounded by some good Japanese restaurants and not far from la seine and le louvre. I perhaps wouldn't bother with the price tag if it was my first trip to Paris, as why would you spend so much on a hotel when there's things to see?? But given this was not a new destination for me, this was a dream stay in a luxurious, friendly, beautiful hotel.

    Only very slight frustration was that there was a private event in the restaurant the night I stayed which meant the kitchen wasn't open for dinner for any of the guests, not even room service. I'd been in Paris for work and was looking forward to just a relaxing evening, so was a little disappointed. I ended up going out at around 9pm and when I came down to the lobby the event was over, so seemed a little strange they couldn't offer room service since it clearly wasn't a long event!

    -location is fantastic and super central -pool area is cute -amazing conscierge
    -both hotel services and rooms are more similar to those of a 4 star hotel rather than those of a 5 star hotel -very overpriced (in the same price range you can find much better 5 star hotels) -not all reception stuff were very friendly

    it was nice. lots of nice detail in the room but would probably not stay here again.
    unique decor. location was pretty good. pool was fun.
    Hotel is very pricey. Staff was not as friendly as other places we have stayed. Breakfast not served early enough so we had to go to the airport at 7 am without eating.

    the staff could but have been nicer and efficient. the location if you want to be in the 1st if prime.
    the room service menu wasnt great and could be made better by offering simple meals that one wants for the night.
