Food, staff exterior facilities and ambience of the property and services offered

Cleanliness and maintenance. The cleanliness is not upto the mark, towels and other amenities provided were very old.

Good people from staff, very caring, enjoyed activities for kids and adults, breakfast is good, very clean surroundings, good for morning and evening walk and taking photos, property is well maintained, located at the top of the hill, scenic view from rooms, restaurant etc. Special thanks and appreciation to the staffs such as Ganesh, Dinesh, Abinaya and the Activity Manager (He'll definitely make you laugh and add the sparkling effect to the family games and activities) (Sorry I have forgotten his name)

Ala carte food could have been more tastier during lunch time. The room service should be little more prompt

Excellent location. Clean and environment friendly. Great hospitality, excellent staff, good communication skills and coordination amongst staff members. One of the best properties regarding ambience, facilities and most important, safety profile.. Excellent recreational activities, great to create a rapport with all the guests.
