Fairly priced. Great owner , little rude staff.

Price was cheapest for the night we were there.

The morning staff who couldnt even let our old parents stay a tid bit longer as they had a separate room. We had 2 rooms. One was vacated at 8am and my old parents were in separate room who wanted to stay till slight late (even offered to pay minimal surcharge) but the cleaning lady was adamant that they empty the room. As if she could clean all 23 rooms in 1 hour! Should give it a try, breakfast was also very decent.

Superb

Comfortable, quiet location, walkable to town, just up the hill from the church.

Friendly staff, bath tub, good breakfast, close to town, but not noisy, has a 5th floor roof deck, elevator, free wifi. The inn has character.

It has an elevator, but the elevator landing still requires you to go up or down a few stairs to get to your floor. Room was not spacious, but it had sufficient space to store your belongings if you unpacked and stayed a few days. No laundry.

Great hotel in zermatt.

The room and bathroom was great. Great breakfast buffet. Kind staff. Great terrace to hang and see Matterhorn. Would stay again.

Very good

hotel is up slope so be aware of the luggage you are bringing. Beautiful view from windows

Even though it's quite a small hotel, they have a lift (for max 2 person) to the room floor, minus 1 steps or 2, so not exactly great for wheel chair bound. smallish room but the view we got is nice,
