Perfect Family holiday

Breakfast was very nice, lot of options for kids and adults. Great staff, always ready to help. Special mention of Restaurant Staff Raju & Saurav who were simply amazing, they made sure we were comfortable with what we needed for breakfast. Games Room was superb, lot of options for kids all the ages including babies...had a lot of fun time..Overall a great stay for us.

5 Star stay in busy Calangute!

Front of house staff in all areas are exceptional - friendly, helpful and accommodating for all requests. The rooms are an outstanding size, lots of space with a balcony and extremely comfortable beds which we loved! The pool area is small but clean and very well maintained. The fitness centre and all communal areas are fantastic, clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here!

Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with food and drinks orders to which we escalated to management during our stay. Savio and Hemant were on hand to support and offer their best services and advice on the issues and we left the hotel feeling extremely happy with the service provided.

Good, convenient and comfortable rooms.

I LIKED the interior and the look of the room. At breakfast when I asked them if they have avocados they managed to provide it as most items were indian food items. so That was a nice impression I would like to appreciate.

I just wish there were more room hangers and the hotel lobby was better decorated for Christmas. Also maybe more options for btreakfast apart from indian foods.

If I come back to Goa I will probably stay here

Rooms are good,staff are very good,the head chef was exceptional with the food he prepared for as i had difficulty eating due to surgery but he went out his way for me I thank him for that I cant remember his name but he a little chubby guy and I think he was the head chef he prepared me some roast chicken and mashed potato if known who it is then he deserves a pay rise.

Nice and luxurious hotel close to shops and the beach. Not far from the Aguada fort

Very nice hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Cleaning staff very friendly. The same for the staff in the restaurant. A lot of options for breakfast. Almost for 90% vegetarians and for us vegetarians a paradise!

The check in was not good. We came late in the evening and were tired. We told this to the person who helped us. But he insisted to give a tour. Told us there will be complementary drinks at pool. (later found out not true). In the room I asked for in room dining. He told us pls dial 9 and give your order. I did that, but the rude lady said you have to use the QR code. There was no QR code in the room. By tomorrow they placed a new one. So we had no food.

I really enjoyed the cleaning service, nice guy and did everything right. In broad strokes everything was stunning - location, affordable service, breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff (but not all of them.).

1) Payment - could not pay the full amount for the room, paid in installments because of their system. The money was not charged from the card, but was "held". Because of this, there was absolute confusion and I had to come to the reception several times and clarify why my card was charged, but I had to pay more (which they did not forget to mention several times). In addition, one transaction was double charged. In general - a complete mess. 2) Communication - I realize that I am not a native speaker and do not speak perfect English, but it was a quest to understand what some managers (not all) were talking to me. One even asked a question - "what language you talk", which I found extremely disrespectful. I even started to think that I had a problem with the english, until he started typing the text on the translator, it was something like - "would will do you pay the card in have do charging" - wat?) 3) It was a wife's birthday, I asked the manager to bring a small piece of cake and a balloon by 8 am the next day - nothing complicated, especially in such a hotel. Nothing was brought.
