Good, but could have been better

Overall pretty good experience. Nice and comfy rooms, decent size of room and bed. Amenities were pretty good as expected from a business hotel. Staff were warm and courteous. Food was ok.

We felt they were understaffed and hence service was very slow. The first day, we asked a few things from Housekeeping to be provided to our room and the service boy kept going back and forth getting one thing at a time and finally ended up serving us incomplete. Same experience at the restaurant. Ordered brandy with warm water and they were literally struggling to get some warm water while keeping the brandy poured in glasses and left out in the open. I finally had to tell the waiter to make sure he changes the drink before serving as by then a lot of time had passed since the drinks were left out in the open. Service at the restaurant was also very slow, both for dinner as well as for breakfast.

Superb

A great stay option in Hyderabad

The location of Le Meridian Hyderabad is great and very Central, making it easily accessible across the city. The rooms very neat, clean and comfortable and well equipped. The front desk and housekeeping was also very good and a special mention to the breakfast. Great spread, wide variety of food and food service. The open air bar Jasper was also beautiful and a great place to lounge in the evenings. Overall great Hotel, providing a neat, clean, and comfortable stay.
