Disappointed in the description sounds top of the line But unfortunately its NOT Terrible selection for breakfast and restaurant menus Not much to do unfortunately borring outdoors Staff was good doing their job but definitely this hotel is Not value for money too EXPENSIVE for what they offer Its a no for me ,

The room size was good. Property is overall clean.

Room service was poor, sometimes no toilet papers, no glasses, no towels. The restaurant was super hot and no air-conditioning, Food was very average. Pool and bar staff was not friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the outdoor spaces were very comfortable.

The daily breakfast spread, Sunday night buffet and entertainment could be improved.

Superb

Every single member of staff were SO friendly and smiley. The public relations girl katikan ? Super cute and chatty and advised us on where to do a silver making class close by. Great buffet breakfast too!

Fantastic place to stay when visiting uluwatu

Facilities were amazing! Massive hotel with lots to do. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The food was very low quality and no where near the standard of a 5 star hotel. The WiFi was also not great. Location is difficult to get in and out of but that is due to the area its located in within Bali.

We will continue to stay at this hotel.

Room was spacious and well presented. Both beds were a little hard for both of us. (two separate beds). Restaurant was very nice and decently priced. Pool was suburb and the temperature was perfect. Definitely be back.

No complaints what so ever, the staff were extremely friendly and that made the entire stay enjoyable.

Great value for money

For the price, it is excellent. Big room with a pool view and access. Big bed and the staff were very attentive. Standard choices for breakfast, food was fine. Not Michelin star quality but very good for the price. Very quiet location away from touristy areas but easily accessible with Grabs and taxis.

The decor was a bit tired and the towels were clean but a bit off white.
