The place and the staff are just very good, I recommend this place !

It is said that the place is pets friendly and finally they do not accept cats but only dogs so they should mention it because this is something that you discover only if you call them I would have appreciated a pull up bar in the gym on top of that :)

Great leisure and spa facilities. Comfortable bed and large room which was nicely decorated and well-equipped.

The reception staff were not very warm or welcoming with the exception of Daniel. He was extremely attentive, easy to deal with and an asset to the hotel. The buffet breakfast was not akin to a boutique hotel with mediocre quality food and hot beverages. There was no capacity to enjoy a glass of wine without buying the whole bottle which was quite expensive.

The room was great - large, clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff, particularly Juan Carlos and Daniel were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location is perfect. The breakfast was great. The hotel is beautiful. Would highly recommend your hotal.

The property is gorgeous and facilities are great. We also booked a massage - one of the best weve had. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful it made our stay even better!

Good price vs quality relation

room size was great. room service was fast. Friendly staff, specially the folks helping at breakfast

Cleanliness can be improved: the shower was not properly cleaned during my whole stay (11 nights) The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable. At night I could hear noise from other rooms.
