Perfect place for family holidays in Cartagena

This has been my hotel for travel to Cartagena with family for the past years, certainly the staff it is top notch always, they just are very special and warm with my children and wife.

Perhaps it is not perfect place for couples looking for night live entertainment but specially you should ask before to buy the night buffet, that the drinks are not included.specially if the regular coke, water or fruits juice can cost you twice or triple!!! in order to avoid surprises checking out!!

Nice stay, friendly staff.

Good breakfast but it could have had more options (not the same things every day).

Infinity pool was closed all day on Monday, including the bar. A better price could have been offered since some parts of the hotel are in renovations.

The complex of pools and choice of restaurants. The friendliness and reactiveness of staff.

Rooms need more active maintenance (noisy air conditioning, bathroom equipment). Beds should be equipped with lighter duvets, given the generally warm temperature in Cartagena.
