Relaxing and exceeded our expectations re calibre of the room

Although the least expensive option, the room was large enough, furniture excellent and comfortable bed. Cleanliness was exceptional and servicing of the r Pom was discreet and thorough. Access to the balcony was a bonus to watch the lightning show while we were there.

Found the dinner menu a little expensive .

We enjoyed our stay but found the amenities lacking.

The position was really good with great views over the pier and water. The lounge and furnishings were sufficient for our stay. The beds were really comfortable and the linen provided was sufficient for our needs. The dinner in the hotel was good and the staff were helpful.

The apartment was very dated. Bathroom did not meet expectations - there was nowhere to put your toiletries and the shower was difficult to use and not safe. The TV was very poor as it was old and did not even have all the free to air channels so we were unable to use the entertainment. The blinds in the living room were both broken and had to be repaired plus the balcony screen door was broken. There was no car parking available near the apartment. The manager on duty left me standing and waiting at the desk whilst he was on the computer when I had to report the blind issues.

Kids left in room down from me slamming doors, yelling and swearing. Parents obviously left them in room while they where in bar
