Very good

Proper hotel near the Tokyo Tower with amazing breakfast.

A proper hotel in the business district of Tokyo. The hospitality was brilliant and accommodating. Amazing breakfast offering an assortment of Western and Japanese options. It is only ~15 mins walk away from the Tokyo Tower. There are also a few metro stations nearby (Mita and Yamanote (circle) lines) which basically can get you anywhere in Tokyo in 30 mins.

The area is a little to business/ quiet for us. Every time we needed to head to the main areas we had to take the metro or taxi.

Great, will stay again.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Room was big and comfortable.

Nothing to really say here, maybe we should be able to book a table at the restaurant online, would make it easier.

A lovely hotel with an exceptional staff. Near multiple subway lines.

The room was quite nice even if it was on the smaller side. The staff was absolutely fantastic - they were incredibly helpful. The location was very convenient to multiple subway lines.

The bed and pillows weren't the most comfortable so we didn't sleep all that well. I wish the hotel had more information about restaurants and bars in the immediate area.

The staff were very helpful and could speak reasonably good English. The room was clean and equipped with basic amenities, comfortable enough for a few nights stay.

The room was pretty small for a family of 4, might be okay for 2. The room allocated to us was also very far from the lifts as there are a lot of rooms within this hotel. Location isnt the best as its surrounded by office buildings so there arent that many eateries or shops. Theres only a family mart nearby.

Small but cozy room

The lobby was nice, location not bad being a 5-10 min walk to the nearest train stations. The free inclusions like the shaving cream was great.

The size of the room was smaller than expected and quite cramped. It was uncomfortable for a couple.

Excellent hotel with a good value

Great location, close to Azabu, Shiba and Roppongi. Complimentary drinks in a guest lounge is very nice. Great city view from our bedroom. Being able to Mt Fuji was very special.

In general a good experience, would recommend people to stay.

Excellent location and only 10 minutes walk for Tokyo Tower view and photographing. There are large bed, comfortable sofa and sofa table in the room, nice for couples or friends to stay.

We feel the room was a bit small, and facilities were a bit old, there is no window to be opened for fresh air. Cleaning services comes earlier than we thought in the morning so it would be tough if customers want more sleep and rest. In the neighbourhood there are few convenience shops but some of them close pretty early.

Excellent Hotel - would stay again

This was an ideal hotel after a long international flight. It is in a quiet location. From Haneda airport I would recommend taking the Tokyo Monorail and then a cab the short distance to the hotel. We had a large corner king suite with a lovely panoramic view of the city and even a view of Mt Fuji in the distance. Well equipped room. Breakfast buffet was excellent. There are two subway lines close by. The JR station is a longer walk but an easy walk. There is a convenience store close by. And the hotel offers optional rentals of items you may have left behind. Staff were most helpful and accommodating.
