Place is a trap house in the middle of nowhere. Window to street broken. Unfriendly host and unsafe.

there was an unpleasant residue from living in this place

can't find things i like

the host demands a deposit, and then looks for all sorts of reasons not to return the money. we paid $ 25 for the dishes . We left the room exactly about the time, but the hostess deducted money from us for the fact that we were in the hall for a short time (20$). rude, unpleasant and not flexible host behaves like a teacher at school, scolds us, draws and calls. all she does is look for what else the guests did not do according to the rules. it's a pity that we stayed in this place. we will never return and I do not advise anyone. dirty, smells bad, old furniture, dust and hair in the corners, a bathroom with mold, there was no repair for a long time, the photos do not correspond to reality. advice for the host: be simpler in life and in communication and be flexible with guests, then they will come back to you

The location was perfect as the Marlns ball park is very close and calle ocho is near too.

The location and the price were great.

I didnt like the fact that i had to share a restroom with other guests. It was a hassle to pick up all my personal items every time i'd go to the restroom.

We got there at 2 am just slept and showered and left on a cruise the next morning.

Instructions were simple to understand cute perfect room

The roaster that woke us up super early A homeless man was asleep outside but the Lisa took care of it real quick

On the whole quite pleasant

Nice apartment, the living room and kitchen are spacious and well equipped. The interior was beautiful and designed with love. Bed was really comfortable! The host helped everywhere it was possible.

We had the room with the private bathroom. The sleeping area was unfortunately quite small, so you didn't have much space besides the luggage. Since the living area is shared with other residents, the air conditioning is set quite cold. Understand that everyone likes it differently, which is why you really need to take warm clothes. Otherwise, you can also close the ventilation in the bedroom, then it is more comfortable.

Quiet, quant, and affordable

The description and pictures are accurate. I am not sure if it is in the description but there is an additional cost for parking which is well worth it because you have to pay to park everywhere in Miami and the charge is cheaper then the cost on the street.

The rosters start very early.
