Very nice resort, staff friendly and courteous. Elegant, classy space. Beautiful breakfast area, swanky roof top bar. Well decorated rooms. Great location.

the service is excellent, decent breakfast and location is right in middle of the old quarter was the only TV that had streaming of our trip in Vietnam - perfect if you need afternoon nap from jetlag

the location is super central, so there is constant traffic noise (beep beep) the rooms are very dark - some better lighting needs to be provided in the bathroom area

Would appreciate if staff was more considerate towards kids. During our stay we received some un welcome comments from other guests when kids were being kids. And staff didn't do much to improve that situation.

The hotel is located in the old quarter and is very convenient for visiting the main points of interest in Hanoi. The rooftop bar and restaurant are both excellent. The hotel has real character. The level of service was consistent and faultless throughout our stay. The staff are friendly, very professional, and motivated.

the staff specially Jene was very helpful, efficient and friendly

extremely noisy, noise were from the outside, also from upstairs dinning room, early in the morning, as our room was at the 8th floor. the room layout is not friendly, the TV is on the left hand side of the bed, one needs to watch TV awkwardly, TV reception was poor, intermittently, room size is very small. not the value for money size.

An absolute gem in the middle of the Old Quarter of Hanoi

Its location amidst the electrifying Old Quarter filled with cultural sites, restaurants, cafes, food street vendors and more! Upon entering the hotel, you will begin to feel calm, serene and rejuvenated again. All the staff members are very friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Ms Thao for her attentive assistance in arranging an amazing day tour to Ninh Binh for us! Also, she provided a list of local food eateries for us to try out.

Great stay highly recommended.

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Bed was the comfiest I had. Rooftop bar had 360 views of the city. Nice and close without the hassle of beer street. Extremely well run hotel. Breakfast was great including the free hot chocolate. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here next time.
