The beds are very hard... OYO beds are good compare with these beds... We love to pay the quoted money... need to replace with the good beds. I have a good idea, better work with Wakefit to get good beds. Except beds the property is good but the beds are very hard... :-(

There was no wifi available and staff didn't bother for two days even after requesting many times..tv was not working...there will be no room service if we stay for two days it seems...restaurant is there but they didn't bother to bring the order till an hour.later after enquiry, they said that the item is unavailable...worst experience. Never going back..stupid staff behavior..

We ordered a cake and it got delivered to property when we were outside ...we called reception and asked to keep it with them but it was left at the entrance when we arrived and the cake was misshapen..waste and rude receptionist..we were ordered to wait after checkout(not requested) so that they can check their things in the room..worst worst treatment to customers..

A week's stay in La Serene j

The manager, Mr Razi is exceptionally good. He provided us the best room as per our wish. Since, we were there for eye treatment, such self selection/ upgradation of rooms made us happy. The waiters are very good and one Pradeep was very helpful in every aspect. Another service man, Arun, whom we almost met every morning in the buffet breakfast was very nice. He used to serve us everything warm and as per our desire. Finally, the house keeping supervisor and his team is very good. Overall a nice stay.
