It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay

Very friendly staff, uninterrupted views of the mountain, the room itself was very spacious and warm, the jacuzzi and bonfire in the room were cherries on the top. One should definitely try their Himachali Thali when ordering food!

Front office staff...especially Deepak was very helpful. Room service was exceptionally prompt. Food spread and taste was good. We had ala carte and buffet both turned out well.

The bathroom had a continuous sewage smell.

It really needs to work on food quality, as it was very poor, even though it was mentioned to management, but nothing was changed as I stayed there for 4 nights.
