My stay was short and sweet.

We liked the nice people and workers. We also liked the room and how nice the view was we saw planes go in to land every 10 minutes or so.

Parking is $42 everyday and the workers were inconsistent with how much I was charged so sometimes it was less and somet

Most workers were very kind and helpful. It was affordable for the room itself and the area is right between downtown LA and Santa Monica. They have a TV, fridge, and microwave. Good view.

Hidden fees everywhere. Parking was $42 every day and when we would pay for things they wouldnt say how much it is or explain the price unless we asked. Sometimes we were charged $20 for parking and other times we were charged $42 and when I decided to pay for parking for the rest of my stay (2 nights) I was charged $92.40. They asked me if I knew why I was charged $20 for parking instead of $42 as if Id know why. You have to request to get the room cleaned despite there being a sign in the bathroom saying they would do it daily unless you put the Do Not Disturb card on the handle and when we asked a cleaning lady for more towels since we didnt get the chance to request cleaning she told us she didnt speak English and to go to the front desk despite hearing her speaking English to another worker. You have to take the time to ask what youre getting charged if you really want to know, or else they wont tell you.

Very cold staff. I arrived on crutches and given no assistance whatsoever!

Decent value. Nothing spectacular.

Decent rooms and common areas. Parking lot staff was helpful and friendly.

No glassware in rooms. Was blown off when I asked for glasses at front desk. Breakfast buffet closing time is too early.

Overall, it was a plea$snt experience.

I enjoyed the comfortable Bed, with the nice and clean sheets. I was impressed with the time it took room service to bring our meals.

Only one towell per person...after my girlfriend took a shower, there was no towell for me to uiij it my se.

Need renovation. The final charge on my credit card is more than what I booked on expedia. Phoned to front desk and was transferred to the manager and the manager said to talk with his team. No final answer yet.
