Disappointing and not value for money

Location

1.Hygiene and cleanliness of the bathroom 2.Behavior of the staff 3.Acceptance of only cash payment. Property kept declining the card payment, stating that my card is invalid 4.Lack of breakfast spread and where it was served (on the terrace, after climbing 3 flights of stairs) 5.Photographs shown are misleading

The location and the vibe of the property is amazing. The rooms are very large

Its not suitable with people with Mobility issues. The staff is too limited . The breakfast had very little choice

It was very memorable.

Everything! It was a perfect stay with comfort and company that we will always cherish. Mr. Das was the perfect host and treated us with such care and joy. I had an accident while I was climbing the stairs and he just ran to my rescue and took care of me like family. He made us feel at home. We loved the property and how well it was kept.

Nothing. Everything was just perfect. We had a small incident with the night staff manager who spoke to us rudely just because we were having a drink with our dinner. His judgemental tone was a little offensive.

Very good

Overall it was a excellent trip along with my family.

Excellent Location, close to most of the beaches and best restaurants. Polite staff, respond to all queries very quickly and provide all information.

Breakfast Quality could be improved and there are very limited items. There is no facility for making coffee (Kettle, Milk, Coffee/Tea and Sugar could have been provided). In rest rooms, as there are no exhaust fans, deodorants should have been kept. No door mats provided Infront of rest rooms.
