The junior suite at La Casa de la Trinidad was spacious and quiet, with excellent bed and bathroom facilities. However, some guests experienced discomfort due to the radiant heat from the nearby boil (Read More)er room and inadequate air conditioning during a heatwave. The staff were courteous and professional, but the quirks of the building slightly diminished an otherwise perfect stay. The hotel's central location was convenient, with clean and comfortable rooms and helpful 24/7 staff.

We had a great stay at the Trinidad in Granada and believe the AC should have been available to use if required

Location , facilities

The drains from the bathroom gave a smell , the hotel installed air fresheners / spray that was a lot better . The AC was off as its winter time and not able to be operated from room control , we would have liked to be able to use , as the room was warm in our opinion .

Everything was perfect we travel 4 to 6 times a year all over the world I have been to 100 hotels plus this place was perfect there service omg above and Beyond Laura front desk was amazing location is great if anyone goes Barcelona this hotel to stay u can never ever go wrong.

Great location.

Shower was excellent and bed really comfortable. The staff were very helpful. Location was perfect, right in the centre and lots of shops and restaurants just steps away. Yet the hotel felt quiet and tranquil.

Our windows opened onto an internal courtyard, which meant we had to keep the curtains closed. The air conditioning was really warm.
