Hotel location and proximity to Raliway station

Morning Buffet Breakfast. Not value for money at all. we stayed for 3 days and taken buffet breakfast. Nothing was available by morning 8.30 itself and the refill was not done even after repeated requests. Its not worth for Rs 200. May we can have a good breakfast at Adyar Anandabhavan lesser than that.

We thought that, being maintained by tourism department, it would be better than others. But it didn't meet the standards for given cost.

Hotel building and architecture

Staff behaviour, Room condition is very very poor and bad. Old rooms with no facility. I want my booking my money refund back.

Central location - Government facility

The location of the property is excellent. The KSTDC tourist buses start from the hotel. The evening bus ride is a must-do activity.

The heritage double rooms were small and the housekeeping staff had not kept basic toiletries/ towels etc.
