Plastic not fantastic!

Clean and central

The hotel made a big deal about being plastic free but I've never seen so much plastic in a room from the chairs, bed head, kettle, bin bag, toiletries etc. Although a Jain hotel that prided itself on serving no onion or garlic, most of the dishes contained root vegetables such as potato, carrot and ginger leaving a very limited choice.

Design Food was good

No accommodation for drivers. I was forced to pay Rs 500 for an third rate asbestos shack which was so bad that the driver preferred to sleep in the car

Rooms are big and nice. Newly constructed, so it was nice. Hope they are able to maintain it

Poor service, service is super slow, quality of staff could be better, food isn't great, lacks variety. Not worth spending 10k per night on a room at that location. For 10k per night, you can get much better facilities and service in metro cities. On top of that, there was a bug in the breakfast spread.

Decent option in Rajgir

Comfy huge beds (in twin sharing). Good view from room. Nice garden. Set up is excellent. Room had everything you need. One young guy in the restaurant who said he comes from Bankuda district of Bengal made sure we had an excellent dinner experience taking very good care of us.

Full of small insects attracted by light. It was a big problem. Staff were honest and nice people but completely untrained in hospitality.
