Super friendly staff. We got an upgrade for our room, including spa access. Very comfortable bed, and the bathroom was pure elegance & luxury. Amazing experience!

A fabulous way to celebrate our wedding anniversary, everything was classy , and the room was so roomy and comfortable

Nearly everything!

Thought the spa was included but it was extra, this wasnt made clear. There should have been free fresh wTwr at the spa . It gad run out. The hours it was open were too short in the evening.

Incredible. Didn't want to leave.

The staff were amazing, especially Barney, who was so kind and caring and shared his knowledge with us about the hotel, Budapest and architecture which we were especially interested in. He was such an asset to the hotel but everyone was just wonderful. The hotel was just gorgeous, rooms felt so luxurious. The restaurant - both bistro and restaurant were fabulous, as was the food.

I though the main restaurant could have a bar area (rather than just sitting up at the bar) with more atmosphere. But overall a wonderful experience.

More than just a place to stay. You will not want to leave.

From when we arrive until the moment we left we were made to feel special. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. It is a 5 star hotel after all. The breakfast is recommended as well. I wish we could of stayed longer.
