The Location is very central, good clean rooms and excellent staff with all amenities.

The Location is very central and convenient. approximately a 7-10 minute walk to the Pub Street and Night market shopping. The room was very comfortable and well kept. The gym and the pool was clean and very inviting. The staff were excellent specially May and Savoeut.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location in a great town .

Lovely hotel , large brand new spacious apartment with kitchen balcony and sitting room.

Breakfast , you get charged if you want to order coffee which is unacceptable in a 5 star hotel . Poor choice of healthy vegetarian options .

Lovely hotel with generously sized rooms and solid location

Very generous sized rooms. Good room amenities. Solid location. Nice breakfast easy to eat different meal each morning. Large and attractive pool. Ancillary pricing (for tours, massages, laundry) very reasonable. Helpful staff throughout our stay (eg when we looked at the (closed) gym after dinner, they opened it without our asking)

Some English issues at front desk; not so much to interfere with getting directions or making reservations, but hard to have a concierge type discussion about preferences and options. Keys. Each of three bedroom doors autolocks when closed not family friendly. Five people (three bedrooms) but only a single front door key. Gym. Gym was functional but could be spruced up adding better a/c, a couple foam rollers.

This is an excellent hotel. They have the nicest staff, a beautiful pool, delicious breakfast. The rooms are spacious and they will help book visits to Angkor Wat.

Really there was nothing I didn't like about this place!

Very good

Towels were soft and new. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location. Hotel is well kept and clean.

Beds were a bit hard. Kitchen is not stocked with any dishes and frustrating to keep calling for plates or cutlery. It would have been easier if they had items in the kitchen. Maybe also some kitchen paper towels would have been useful.

Great hotel to relax.

The hotel is great value for money. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. Entire staff was very helpful is attending to our needs. They even packed the breakfast for the sunrise tour. The hotel staff May in particular was exceptional.

Fantastic resort in the centre of Siem Reap

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to town. We loved everything - the three bedroom apartment was huge, the beds were comfy, the pool was beautiful, the staff were wonderful, the spa was great and the cocktails were delicious! We would definitely stay here again.
