The location is good, you can see the scenery along the river.

The soundproofing effect of the room is very poor, and the elevator will make a lot of noise when it moves up and down at night. There are two single beds in a small bedroom and a large bed and sofa in the living room. The hair dryer was broken on the first day and the lamp was also broken.

There was loud banging noises at night from above our room, and you can hear the kitchen staff in the early mornings because the doors dont block noise well.

Unsatisfactory

It was in a good location.

The staff wernt friendly. Door on the bathroom was broken and wouldnt lock. When maintanance came to the room they just gave the door a quick knock and walked in didnt wait for an answer. House keeping just walked in the door didnt knock. We paid for a superior double room and we had two single beds put together as a double but separated throughout the night.

I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Venice.

Friendly reception staff. We were in a room without a view but could still see the roof tops and sunset. It was space, clean and warm for late autumn. Perfect location if coming from the train station- a short 10min walk. Its set in a lovely piazza. Highly recommend it.

The room got pretty warm during the night and I couldnt work out how to adjust the heating. However Id rather be warm than cold!

Disappointing

There were 11 of us. 4 of us stayed at your dislocated unit, for witch location we found out late in the evening and at the same time there was no warm water in the apartment either. Even more we did not have bedding in the room ! The Stuff could not provide us an invoce on site. After one week still no reaction.
