Expected better ones, they do have good ones as shown in photos, but got one which is ok. Reception and dining could have been easily accessible, especially for elderly people

Location and atmosphere

Did not have the facilities mentioned at the time of booking on site, environment wasn't good due to construction work,no response from the reception and others on intercom.

The cleanliness of the cottage was bad. None of the electricity points were working. Tea kettle was provided without any preparation material The water bottles were not complimentary but charged

The resort is completely mess ..we went on the weekdays and there was no proper cleanliness, no WiFi, no light inside room.. More of insects.. Food price is very very high not worth the taste..

Actually we have booked a Villa for 5 people. But they have given us 1 deluxe room initially they told us 2 deluxe rooms On arrival they gave us only one deluxe room and asked them how we can accommodate 5 in a small room again they have given us 2 deluxe room and they told they will provide extra mattress but that was not give even we told them to provide. But the Location and the rooms were very good

They have not provided an extra mattress for the extra person as they told initially . Their king side bed can be shared by 2 only but we have shared for 3 with discomfort
