Clocked bathroom shower. I went to reception to ask for repair, they said next day they will fix it, nobody came to do it. Dirty walls in the room. No chairs on the balcony. Very very smelly everywhere! Rooms, pool, reception.. Couldn't stand the smell.

Very good

We liked loads about the hotel. The cleaning ladies were lovely. Pool was quiet. Room was a very good size. Beds were comfortable. Facilities in room were great. Room was clean.

Only criticism was the staff. On check in they were not very friendly or helpful. On check out, we weren't asked how our stay was or if we needed help with our luggage.

It was a short one night stay. Very cozy and easy stay.

Cozy. Play area for kids. Rooftop efficient swimming pool. Excellent options of street food right across the street.

Price of drinks at the in-house bar seemed a little bit higher than the plenty of options available right outside.

Excellent

Location is superb. Right in the middle of Patong Beach, which is so near to the hotel. Bangla Road is just 7 minutes away walking. Room is impressive and very clean. I love the spaciousness of the Family Room. I definitely recommend this for any family to stay. The amenities in the room is good. Towels are so comfy. The beach towel at the lobby is a plus and very convenient! The staff were always friendly and helpful, enhancing my stay. They always are attentive.

If it was not for the location of this restaurant, we would have rated it a 4 out of 10.

Excellent location, very close to lots of food, Seven Eleven and beach. Spacious family room. Water pressure was good in shower.

However, the bathroom had a bad sewerage smell. We did tell reception but all they did was put an air freshener in the bathroom and there wasnt another room for us to change to. During the first 2 days of our stay, the man at reception had the worst customer service, he shouldnt work in hospitality, he was unfriendly, not polite and never smiled. The next 2 days, there was 1-2 women at the reception and they were nicer and greeted and smiled at us when we walked passed.
