Superb

Good stay with well sleep.

Spacious room space fully equipped with everyday life. We got the room with living area and dining table so it's good for our group. Breakfast is good with one main dish of your choice and other varieties you can eat.

A little too small of guest bathroom. Parking is limited. We checked in late at night and lucky us that we can take the last spot for our car.

No soundproof. Airplane noise and Lousy noise from children above the floor all night. Cant sleep peacefully. Please renovate to have soundproof system

Great Hotel Brand, but never again in Chiang Mai !!

Bed was good. Room was clean. TV and WIFI worked well

Students take over (lie around) all of the breakfast and dining area and I was not able to find a seat or table to enjoy my dinner in the restaurant area. Staff were rude and not willing to take into account my personal requests (more or less laughed in my face) - I also booked 2 rooms in this hotel during my stay Location was very noisy due to the direct line of site of the airport (i heard every plane landing and takinging off each day from 5am until 11pm No swimming Pool (like in other locations)

Very good

Location is very convenient. Close to many cafe and restaurant.

-Parking space is very limit due to lots of students parked and sit in the cafe that open 24/7 so guest will not have parking space when travel back at night. -Bath mat was rotting. Shower head was dirty.
