Ok stay but could be better for 4 star hotel due to above.

Good location although a distance from main city. Good view from room. Nice grounds. Helpful staff. Good tailor in reception.

Smell from toilet drains in room. Limited menu and the same daily. Very noisy residents above room, moving furniture till after midnight and from 7 in the morning. Children running in corridor outside room till after 11 at night.

Lovely setting - check room for WiFi.

Lovely quiet hotel in beautiful grounds. I have stayed here before and wanted to come back. The food was very nice. The swimming pool was lovely. It was nice when we were able to have breakfast in the Nails building.

Was disappointed not to be staying in the main hotel, but the annexe part instead which is not as nice. Had to move rooms as there was no WiFi and there was a very noisy fan in the bathroom we couldn't turn off. Service was sometimes very slow when we just wanted drinks.

the location and the view.

the staff seems a combination of local folks who can neither talk in Hindi or English or even local dialect. not an isolated experience and also the once at counter (mostly 20-25 year old) guys were so haughty on all counts.

Good

For one night, it was okay. The spacious room and bathroom helped. The location was convenient.

Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.

The tiled floor without carpet felt very cold to walk barefoot. The room has A/C but no heating. This being winter, the felt cold too.

Facilities are not bringing value for money! Their paid dinner did not include any starters. Their staff is not courteous and focusing more on hotel policy rather guest requirements and hotel policies are more focused on cost saving. My mocktail drink was very sweet, when we asked to add soda than he shown resistance and said that they need to open a new soda bottle. Such a weird response was unexpected. Breakfast- no live counters were there typically you get fresh soda or utappam etc. other buffet options were not served hot. The bedding did not look clean, pillows were uncomfortable and not with standard size. Cushions were smelly! Overall very bad experience I very frequently visit Jaipur, do not planning to stay there in future.
