The rooms were nice, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful!

The valet parking was inadequate at checkin. We had to circle the block MANY times to get one of the few spots in front of the hotel and the valet was only taking cars from those spots every 15-20 minutes. It was inferior to other hotels Ive stayed in Chicago and Detroit when there were valets ready to swoop in as soon as a car pulled up, especially at the prime checkin time window.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the breakfast is not worth the up charge at all, we ended up not eating there because it was so limited.

In the city for a concert and was great to have a nice room near the House of Blues!

Staff was great, room was comfy with a nice view, and the free happy hour & breakfast was nice to have!!

Parking price was double than the garage on the next block. Minor inconvenience for an overall great experience

Not what I paid for.

I paid for city view, but I got back of an alley view. I also paid for a king bed and got a queen. Staff were cursing while guests were in the lobby.

The hotel povided good value for the location.

The cleanliness of the hotel.The location.

The shades in room 527 Le in too much light at night. The breakfasting have been better. The $25 per day facility fee. I dislike these junk fees.

Superb

Really enjoyed our week and yes we will be back.

Breakfast was great and we appreciated the early breakfast on the day of the Chicago Marathon. We werent expecting it but it was a lovely surprise.

Not enough tables in the breakfast room although we did have the option to take a breakfast tray to our room - so not too much to complain about.

Great location and very big room compensate for the shortcomings.

I liked that the room was spacious, a lot of counter space in the bathroom.

The room was a little rundown. Especially unattractive are stains on the sofa, a bit of rust on the bathtub. The breakfast room was one of the saddest spaces I've seen - no window, no beauty, paper plates, like a poor college cafeteria. I wouldn't go there after my first morning.

WE had a great stay at the Kinzie Hotel. We definitely would stay there again.

The bed was so comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The staff was also very friendly. I also liked how safe it was. You had to use the key to get to the different floors. The gym was very clean and well-supplied. There were a lot of close bars and restaurants.

I wish there was a bar and restaurant. The breakfast was good, however, we would have liked omelets or scrambled eggs in the breakfast selection.
