Bed and mattresses were poor and ordinary quality There were guests upper floor,doing noisy party till late night which was really distrubing

Stay was good and comfortable. But there are more good options with such rates in local areas.

Cleanliness was quite good, Parking space for 4-wheelers are also good so that we can relay on their risk. Cold as well as Hot water was available 24/7, Air conditioning of room was also good enough. Staff cooperation was good enough with humbleness and their gesture.

1.The Worst part of the hotel was BOOKING SYSTEM... the images shown in the website are of actual deluxe and semi deluxe rooms... I booked this hotels after watching those images and thought the price shown for such rooms are good enough.(THERE IS NO ANY MENTION ABOUT THEIR ROOM SPECIFICATION OR ANY OTHER CHARGES). But the actual thing was after booking they showed me the room images which they provided which are not at all worthy. After I asked them to provide me the rooms which I actual saw on their website so the asked me for more 500 Rs which was totally UNFAIR. We can get more good rooms at such price when we search in their locality areas.. do go for that. 2. No good WIFI service.... to get their internet either you have to come to your room corridor or you can get in their hotel reception or else if you are lucky enough you might found WIFI range in your room corner with poor connectivity. 3. Food in their Restaurant was Quite average but the prices as compared to other hotels in their areas are quite expensive.

Great experience

The staff at Kinara resort were damn helpful and very kindTheyll never make you feel like youre new to their lives place The food is so very delicious and upto the mark! Must try Ukhdiche Modak Thank you Kinara resort and Malvan for an enormous experience

There should be chairs for the customers to sit outside the resort during the night time is what I feel was lacking.. THE MOST ANNOYING PART IS THAT YOU DONT GET NETWORK AT ALL! The resort has wifi but that to very slow network! It would be a long holiday stay if the network issue is fixed :)

Really good for short stay.

Location good. Breakfast facility not availed.

It would have been better to maintain and to keep printed indexes of intercom numbers, TV Channel numbers, a dressing table, a small table with chairs etc.
