Exceptional

Another fabulous Kimpton!!

Fantastic location for th Cambridge half marathon with the usual Kimpton charm and super friendly staff! The food at the restaurant was terrific for two tired travelers- yummy pasta! And a really great brunch on Sunday after the race. Also super easy parking garage.

Very good

Employees were all a delight. Location was excellent and we were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed the lawn games as well. The room was nice and clean as well as the lobby and lounge area.

Expensive for the amenities it offers

The room is spacious with very comfortable beds. The gym is nice, but the equipment is not the most modern. The hotel offers complimentary coffee in the reception area in the morning and wine in the afternoon.

Since it's an IHG hotel, I expected some food, water or coffee amenities in the room, but there aren't any. There is no in-room dining after 11pm, so be aware that if you arrive late, you won't be able to order food from the restaurant or have it delivered to your room. There are also no bathroom amenities like cotton swabs or shower caps.

in the room, almost all things have price tags (robes in the closet, a bottle of water and others), as if you came to a store and not to a hotel, also paid parking, which was not mentioned in advance, when checking in at the reception, the employee demanded my credit card, after which he said that a security deposit of $100 would be charged and would be returned after leaving the hotel. when checking out of the hotel, the employee said that $100 would be returned to you soon, but 3 days passed and the money was not returned, I wrote a message to the hotel, they did not answer. looks like the hotel is trying in every way to make money off of you

Superb

Stay here for comfort, style, and shopping.

The property is well kept and the decor is upscale. There is a mall tag can be accessed through the garage attached to the hotel.

Some of the rooms are on a busy street. The restaurant is expensive.

Lovely

I loved how clean and lovely the hotel was. The stuff were INCREDIBLE. Everyone was very nice! Shoutout to Elijah, Steven, and Mitchell! Elijah was so kind to bring up at booth brush and tooth paste when I realized I had forgotten mine. The brunch was delicious! Smoothies and avocado toast are a MUST HAVE!

I was a little disappointed with how basic my $400 room was. There was only a shower, and no bathtub. The view of the courtyard was actually quite nice because of all the natural lighting. I have to say though, for a room this expensive I was expecting much more. I would have chosen a different hotel for a better price if I knew the room would be basic despite it being a King Bed.
