Superb

Good stay, nice breakfast

Breakfast is now served up on the rooftop by the pool. We had stayed in this hotel several times in the past, and there wasn't breakfast before. This made it hugely convenient for us, and we really liked the spread that was served.

Clean, convenient hotel, fantastic staff.

Wry well presented hotel, cheery and attentive staff, love the rooftop restaurant / bar

Doesnt have a fitness centre onsite (but is affiliated with a local offsite gym - LA fitness)

Superb

We were looking for a hotel that would be close enough to Beverly Hills area to walk. The hotel has great facilities and is family friendly. The rooftop where we had breakfast was simply great and the food was super good.

Carolina was so kind and accommodating to us she deserves a raise! She personally followed up with us regarding our issues The staff overall were very kind Colin at the rooftop bar was so nice too

Door was broken Carpet was wet Wifi did not even work Area was not good a lot of homeless people and sketchy people outside Valet was too expensive

The worst hotel Ive ever been in. Do not stay here.!!

Absolutely nothing it was the worst hotel ever

The staff was rude , the housekeepers are noisy. ,The beds are uncomfortable, and they dont care about you as a guest do not stay at this hotel. They have a manager name Cesar, who is unprofessional and will make your stay miserable

Extremely convenient and confortable location in LA if you are interested in museums and shopping

Location was strategic within the Miracle Mile in LA. Roof restaurant with swimming pool and a view was fantastic. Availability of parking (and parking package) was a bonus.

Choice of dishes at the restaurant and for breakfast could be improved

Convient, Dog Friendly Hotel

Very dog friendly. That one fact was the deciding reason for staying here. The location was within walking distance of the building in which we had an interview for our visas. The neighborhood behind the hotel was beautiful & provided wonderful walks for our dog. Rooftop restaurant is a nice setting. Valet parking is very convenient though somewhat expensive ($45/night). Easy walk (12 minutes) to 3d street restaurants. Staff very friendly & helpful; they provided contact lens solution when I forgot mine.

The entrance is somewhat obscured from Wilshire Blvd. Once around the block to find the garage entrance. Rooftop pool is very small & shallow; not suitable for swimming.
