Superb

Exactly what we were looking for!

To start, the location was perfect for us. We parked with the valet and walk every where we needed to go for the rest of the trip including Lumen field, pike place market and the Seattle center. The staff was top notch, greeting us, answering all our questions and accomodating some special requests without issue. They were prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable at every interaction. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Coffee service in the room would have been nice

Stayed there before and everything was fine.

The last reservation, the hotel did not confirm the reservation from Navan so when I arrived, the hotel did not have my reservation. Luckily, the hotel still had room for the night but I had to pull my credit card out again to pay for it. Now I have a double charge and no one is getting back to me for a refund for the first reservation.

Exceptional

The location was great! We walked to Pikes Market and even walked back from the Lumen Field. Everything was within walking distance for us. The employees were great and so nice. We really loved our time spent here. Thank you for making our stay so awesome.

When we arrived Friday night, the hotel had over booked and we did not receive the room that I had booked. We had to share a bed until we could get the 2 beds on Saturday.

Close to everything downtown, fish market

Most of sanitary stations were empty. Told front desk twice they were empty, never filled. The restaurant was awesome. Didnt have to go outside to go there

Disappointing

Great stay but issue with duplicated booing was a frustration .

Great location.

Just a problem with a duplicated booking via Booking.com that neither the hotel or booking could come together and resolve satisfactory so I had to ask my credit card company to step in . Kind of spoiled the stay but this will be unusual I think

I like the bathroom and the design of the room.

The size of the room is very very small. You are paying a high payment for a small room. Not recommended for families. We paid $1200 for one night for a King room and the only leg room we had was for our luggage. The hotel is a steeeeeeep climb/walk up from the pier. This was the only room available in the city for us to book at last minute. Would not stay again. The valet left my parking brake on and being from Canada, where I never us a parking brake, it nearly wrecked my truck.
