Loved everything except the fact we only stayed one night! An exceptional hotel, with a high end room, wonderful staff and excellent facilities

We only stayed 1 night, in future we hope we can stay longer.

Amazing at first glance but needs to focus on the detail

Location was great and had great facilities on offer. The staff were really friendly.

The room was dirty, literally found a nail on the floor and a lot of stray hairs on the white bed sheets, the bath sink hole was broken and also had a lot of stray hairs in there, the spa had a sauna not working and the hot tub was pretty cold. Not what you would expect when paying such a premium.

We enjoyed our stay but certainly wouldnt pay extra for the premium room and not sure Id pay the price for their essen

Beautiful building, decor in the lobby and bar immaculate, wonderful atmosphere and the staff were fantastic.

We paid extra for a premium room and had the view of a brick wall. This hotel wasnt cheap and I have stayed in cheaper rooms that were a lot nicer.

Everyone was very kind and accommodation. Always asked if we needed any help and insisted on helping, opening doors and giving direction. The Spa was amazing :)

Nothing. But the ACE in our room made alittle noise but other than that everything was lovely.
