Exceptional

Nice and Clean Hotel with Excellent Staff

Staff is excellent and honest I forgot my gold chain and the Manager Ashok Sing found from my room. Also he send the chain with another guest same day. The breakfast was great. Hotel was clean with renovated bathroom. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Very poor

Hotel is nicely located, rooms are spacious. Very positive thing about this hotel are delicious breakfasts.

Unfortunately, cleanliness is not the strongest side of this hotel. Bed linens and towels looked not so fresh and clean. For 20 thousand rupees per 3 nights- I would expect much more. Second thing- rude staff at the reception desk. I wanted to complain about dirty bed linens- I went to the reception desk and spent there more than 15 minutes....Waiting for the reception guy to kindly notice me. Yes- I was there and he was talking on the phone, just a chit- chat with some buddy, laughing and making fun....While I was there waiting to be noticed. Finally I gave up. Sorry, but I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone!!

Overall Good Stay but not that Great

Breakfast spread is minimal. The kind of Price they have that is INR 7500 per night and the kind of facilities they provide doesn't relate. The only good thing is the property and rooms. In bathroom they have Bath tub, But you cant use it. What's the point then? You have 3-4 items in breakfast? I feel that hotel is over priced. It should be somewhere at 3500 per night with these kind of facilities. Hotel is very near to Nakki lake and tibet Market.

No provision for driver stay They didnt provide mineral bottled water. They gave us water jug instead. Food is ok at their place. No food at room. Room service is ok. Bath tub has malfunction , do not have clog!!! After asking they said bath in bathtub is not permitted. Need more professional staff

Disappointing

Very very disappointing Stay.

Breakfast was very good on a daily basis.

Room, Interiors, furniture maintenance was pathetic. Sofas and chairs well in a broken condition. Not usable. Bed linens were also of poor quality and hygiene.

Disappointing

Very little. The person who showed us to the room was nice and pleasant. The toiletries were of good quality. The hot water was good.. there was sufficient drinking water.

The hotel was a heritage hotel with many stars that has no bar and it us not mentioned. In addition it serves only vegetarian food and the same is not advertised on the booking site prominently.. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. The dining area.is like sitting in a enclosed corridor. The actual dining area has one small table that was full and large table for a dozen. You had to sit in the corridor like place in a palace. I needed to leave early but wS told that breakfast will be on only from 8.30. Quite a laid back place. Not a business traveller or a tourist's pla e for the money paid. At check out the credit card machine did not work and luckily my.UPI worked to pay them cash as per a QR code. Hope the money goes to the hotel.
