staff unfriendly, One of my rooms air con was not working properly. I have informed the staff but they took no action. I could not sleep all night. so disappointed

Nice pool area. Pool and kitchen staff very friendly.

The first room had mold smell. I managed to upgrade the room for extra costs. Overcharging hotel even for water. Location isolated.

Overall is enjoy the trip

Room is overall is good, well equipped, clean and comfort. The view is very spectaculous (ocean and pool).

Car parking, room no slipper, and poor breakfast taste.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. Many different options available but nothing to eat really. All the warm dish looked very cold and dry and also bread was very dry.

Friendly staff and great pool.

The staff are more than helpful. The pool is fabulous for kids. Bed is comfy.

There are some tiles coming off the pool.

Pleasant

The breakfast is good.

They charged us 15$ for one towel, in which my hair made it look (light) red. I took that towel with me and washed it, and it is clean as new again. Not a big deal, but I would not come back here.
