Kent Cottages in Nuwara Eliya deserves a big high-five! Mr. Nalaka, the caretaker, made our stay feel like a breeze super friendly vibes. The Bungalow itself is a charming dream with its English-style magic. Rooms? Absolutely adorable. Staff? Total rockstars. And let's talk about the food it was a taste explosion! Kent Cottages, you've got the 5-star game strong. Cheers to a fab stay!

Stunning property, excellent hospitality by the staff and some gorgeous views!

True to its name, this Little England cottage is extremely cosy, well maintained and has the best property manager - Nalaka. We were here for our anniversary and stayed at the most aesthetic loft room with the Jacuzzi. I must say that Nalaka planned out some amazing surprises for us. Right from decorating the room to getting us a midnight cake, he ensured that we had the best time at Kent cottage. The breakfast served was also delicious. Overall,a big thumbs up from our side. We would love to come back here and certainly recommend the property for everyone looking to spend some peaceful, memorable time at Nuwara Eliya.

Do not stay here! We had high hopes but ended up as a traumatic stay.

Nalaka was friendly and tried his best.

Our room had a horrid, strong smell of damp. After moving the curtains we could see damp/mould in the window area. All grouting in bathroom was black with mould. The smell was horrid and damp. We was moved to the suite upstairs (which although it did not smell of damp, it is in definite need of a revamp - especially the seating area near the jacuzzi, the cushions were stained) but was told that we could not use its bathroom nor toilet and had to use the damp ridden rooms bathroom. Me and my mum were trying to find alternative accommodation at 23:30 but unfortunately we could not find a driver to take us there. We even tried to book accommodation across the road but they were closed. This experience was so traumatic especially considering I was in a different country. We had high hopes for this hotel and was the last of hotels we stayed at in Sri Lanka, its sad that we left this amazing country on this experience.

amazing decoration at start with good staff and clean rooms. great location the restaurant nearby was the best we have ever had dinner in in Sri Lanka

some of the furniture where a bit torn this place could use a renovation to be superior. and no seperate socket next to each bed, you gotta ask for an extension.

We went with kids and door lock was from kids room side , it's should be from adult side . Booking.com booking amount was 504 , I have to pay 555 usd and so I was disappointed for that .

The property is located in a beautiful place called little England cottages..The surrounding view is amazing.Hotel stuffs are very friendly.Overall a great stay and good value for money.
