Not again with this host.
Location is good
The booking came up as 26L but the room was 20N. I room smelt very bad from cooking smell. The fridge leaked water onto the floor that i needed to soak up with one of the towells. The light switch was broken making it unsafe. There was no drinking water available on arrival. It was only after i contacted the host after she had left, that there was no fresh water. She came back and advised that if i wanted drinking water i must pay 100peso. Because of the obscene cooking smell i did not even sleep there the second night Overall, it cost $72AUD for twonights so i think i got what i paid for. Really not sure why it was advertised with 4 stars.

The bad smell of the bed blanket and the pillows..I think they should put some fabric conditioner on it.

The faucet in master bedroom was difficult to open and the chandelier was defect,as well as the washing machine.Weighing scale not available.

I would stay there again
Great location, room was small but comfortable. Internet was good. Overall it was good value for money.
The bed was a bit saggy and seemed old. Swimming pool was not well maintained with a lot of missing tiles around the perimeter area.
