Our stay at the Kanvaz was fantastic, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, staff very friendly.

We loved the pool access from our room. We loved the day spa treatments. We loved the breakfast, both buffet and al la carte.

We would have liked a buffet lunch and dinner option. We were not keen on the smell of the cleaning products used to clean the room.

Disappointing

NOT worth the money, but nice place..

The location is great and accessible to many places via walking.

The staff were rude, unaccommodating and unhelpf. The beds are rock hard and uncomfortable. There are Gekos everywhere and lots of loud screaming early in the AM by children in the pool, the rooms are super close so you hear every detail from next door.

Staff were attentive and courteous. Concierge staff even initiated the preparation of birthday cake and surprise decorations in the room.

There were not many local breakfast options in the room service menu. On Friday night, there was a big group of guests talking loudly and laughing by the pool and they were rowdy, even past 11pm-12am. However, we didn't hear staff telling them to be quiet, as their voices got louder and louder. As a result, it woke my baby up and it took more time to put him back to sleep as the noises outside wouldn't stop. At around 1am, the group started to disperse. It would have been good if the hotel staff could have asked them to leave if the guests were being rowdy, especially after 10pm where it's universally time to sleep.
