Perfect location to visit the city. Beautiful Haveli well renovated with all the necessary to stay in a quite place. Staff are welcoming and friendly and ready to help.

Maybe have to propose a better quality breakfast.

The hotel was a peaceful oasis for us, and the perfect way to end our time in India.

Great location, amazing views of the lake, very friendly staff.

The hotel or home immediately next door to our room was rather noisy early in the morning, and this woke us up.

Great location but difficult to arrive and leave from.

The hotel do not help send a driver to collect you. Cars cannot enter in this area. And you are left to navigate this. Only auto rickshaws. Not helpful at all. And when we left they charged us 1700 Rupees to get to the airport (30 min drive) so pricey. This includes 18% tax!!!

Dirty and uncomfortable room, nice view

Location and views.

We had booked non-refundable premium view lake front suit, as our friends had just been to this hotel and told stayed in this room that had its own terrace. When we arrived, we were taken to a tiny room that was not the room type we had booked. It took them long to check and understand the error they made and then finally took us to another, bigger room. The room did not have terrace and once we asked about it, the reception staff called their manager, who asked to speak with me. The manager said, that the terrace mentioned in the room description is the roof terrace and if we are not happy about it we can go somewhere else. Talk about customer service!!! We stayed as it was already paid and late night. Besides false advertising, the room was dusty, towels and sheets were dirty. The daybed couch was moldy. Things can be old but not gross and dirty. This dirty can cause health issues. Shower did not work properly, bed was uncomfortable. Someone closed our door lock from outside while we were in the room and we needed to call for help. Just a disaster after another.

Very shabby, definately not 3 stars, plenty of places nearby with equally great views

The breakfast was very basic but adequate. Toast, an omlet, some fruit and a box of juice. The view from the roof was stunning

I can not understand how this property was given 3 stars and positive reviews. The hotel was in a deperately bad state, shabby and very poorly kept. Curtains hanging off the rails, sparks when you plug something in, stained hardboard and very cheap materials done badly, and we were told ours was the best room! A huge disappointment and not at all a cheap price to go with the very poor state.
