Kandima Maldives

I didnt feel that the staff are on point with their customers. We were given a buddy who didnt once check up on us during our stay. I had a few issues with my shower I complained 3 times and even then it did not get sorted and no compensation was even attempted. In more resorts they will do something to cover up for their faults, but not here. I had damp laundry that just needed to be dried they refused to help me it had to be laundered and even after they gave me a 50% discount on the laundry it was still ridiculous all I needed was for it to be dried in a drier for 20 mins. We opted for a full board option as we dont drink alcohol. Everything is extra charge they will not even give a child a bottle of water its extra charge I ordered a Shisha and after 30 mins it died so I asked for extra coal I was charged $2 per coal which it utterly ridiculous. The beach is beautiful but there is very little marine life. Unfortunately I will not be back at kanfima.

Kandima Resort was absolutely amazing. We loved every minute of our stay it felt like living in a dream! We booked the Aqua Villa and initially planned to stay for just 4 days. We ended up extending for two more days as we were truly enjoying ourselves in the resort. The place was stunning, and everything was just perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful, from the room cleaners to the hotel manager. They always had a smile and a friendly word for us. The diving experiences were incredible. The team at Aquaholics was very supportive and friendly, and they made sure all our diving trips and excursions were well planned and always on time. The food at Flavour was fantastic, especially the Christmas Eve dinner there were so many great options it was almost overwhelming! Huge shout out to our diving instructor, Paula, for being so friendly and kind. Paula went out of her way to make sure that we're comfortable, safe, and enjoying our time. She was always on top of things, making sure our diving gear was ready and helping us with anything we needed during our dives.. Not only is she a brilliant diver, but she's also an incredibly kind person. Our stay at Kandima is something we'll never forget. It was so hard to leave, and we can't wait to go back!

The resort is so nice and its staff are so friendly. It has many activities & facilities i really highly recommend it to couples and families as well. The kids club (Kandiland) are excellent for the kids to spend time and its staff are caring and just amazing and i would like to mention & thank (Gigi) Jihane & (Adilla) who are extraordinary staff. In addition to the resort manager Mr. Dany who is always going around and checking that everything is fine he is really an example for leadership. But i have one recommendation which is if there is an additional facility for mini Golf the resort will be fully with everything needed. I promise that i will back with more family members to enjoy & relax. Many thanks

We arrived before the Christmas period, when there were relatively few people on the island. Therefore, the staff was as attentive and caring as possible. Any request was fulfilled in a matter of minutes. The food was very tasty. There was something new every day. I was pleasantly surprised by the a la carte restaurants. For the first time on all inclusive, I wanted to go to them every day instead of the main restaurant. I highly recommend Sea Dragon. The restaurant has restrictions on the number of dishes that can be ordered at no extra charge, which made them better with higher quality. We had a villa with a toilet and a jacuzzi outside. We were lucky enough to live close to the main restaurant and at the same time it was already quite private. We had our own tame lizard in the bathroom, which ate the spiders that came in. Yes, please note, there were a lot of animals. Even a small snake appeared on the last day. Given that the walls of the room are high and it couldn't get out, it probably lives in the room all the time. But none of these creatures looked dangerous. The hotel is a good combination of a relaxing holiday and entertainment for children. Whatever you decide to do there, it will be comfortable and not boring.
