Ok for maybe a night or two but not to stay longer the noise from road keeps you awake and rooms need upgrading only one

Quite a good, small hotel.

Breakfast was average. It was served, in this new hotel, in a very old fashioned way. Although, tea, coffee, orange juice and water were served buffet style, fruit, muesli (which was served in a small bowl with several lovely flowers) and cooked dishes were ordered at table and served by them through a hatch from the kitchen. There was a limited selection. The bed was very big and good and made well. The maids did a great job. The free bikes were good and needed to get into town. The pool was quite good. It cooled down dramatically when the weather changed and the air temperature dropped. This is probably because it didnt see the sun until mid afternoon and we were there at the Winter Solstice.

The location, though right at the Bridge over the Kwai and surrounding market, was 5 long kilometres away from the town centre. If you didnt want to cycle, there was a fun, old fashioned motorcycle with a frame open sidecar: a sort of local Tuk tuk which took you into town for 100Bts - $3. But best to arrange a return or take your drivers phone number if you have a Thai SIM card, as we couldnt find any waiting for the return journey.

Wonderful staff

Rooms were lovely the staff were so happy to help us hire scooters and sort us out with anything we needed. The location is so close to the bridge and a huge market . Very crowded and full of all sorts from food clothes etc Lovely pool aswell. Highly recommend this hotel.

We will stay here if we visit Kanchanaburi again.

Location near the Railway Bridge with a convenience store, a market and a cafe nearby. Best location in town. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The room is clearn and up to our expectations.

We bumped into the Red Cross Fair which is a bit loud and crowded. But this is not the hotel's fault.

Bad value for money. Outdated. Feels uninviting, like hospital rooms. Friendly staff.

Location close to the bridge. Bicycles to loan for free which is a big + since most restaurants and the museum/cemetery is not in comfortable walking distance. Friendly staff that helps you plan your trips.

Bad value for money. Room very outdated. Bathroom has big stains all over the ceiling. Bathroom is very outdated. There is no ambience in the hotel, hospitals look more inviting than the hallways and rooms of this hotel. Does not look like the room pictures. Not within walking distance of most restaurants (you can however take a bike for free) Expected a better and nicer hotel due to the high review rating but got disappointed. Also due to the fact that it's a more expensive hotel in kanchanaburi.

Location next to the Bridge..... Staff were pleasant and hotel exceptionally clean It is very quiet in the evenings but if you like that it is close enough and cheap enough to hire a tuk tuk for a few hours to go into Kanchanaburi to see all the sights with assistance of driver.

These are not complaints but suggestions.....whilst we were supplied with drinking water, we would have appreciated being able to make tea and coffee. There was no kettle or cups and saucers.
