Superb

We stayed at the resort for 3 nights. Rooms are very spacious. Thanks to Sachin and Jaison for arranging all our travel requirements. Tasty local cuisine was also available.

The food was great.

My partner and I were looking forward to a safari in the Tiger reserve. On our only day in Thekkady, we were disappointed to discover that the 'Jungle safari' they offer is a safari in name only. It goes through farmland and plantations to visit different view points of the same (albeit beautiful) mountain, with no intention of observing animals. Even our guide agreed with us that it is not a safari but sightseeing. This was incredibly disappointing as we visited Thekkady specifically for a safari.

Very good

The family rooms were perfect for our 2 families. We appreciated the location next to the elephant camp and in the middle of the jungle. Very quite place. Friendly staff.

The restaurant could be more welcoming. The place is not cosy and the breakfast is disappointing compare with the beauty of the place. Possible to ask for laundry but very expensive.

Exceptional

The resort is in a plantation and has a beautiful environment with custard apple trees, plum trees, nasberry trees, cardamom trees, etc. The room and bathroom are big. They also have their own elephant farm where you can take rides, feed and bathe elephants. The breakfast buffet was alright, nothing extraordinary but we were there for breakfast on Christmas day and they gave us a good Christmas cake so we appreciate that. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were satisfied. It was good value for money
