Had to stay a long time for check-in. And had to walk to the main Kaani hotel to check in and check out, with our 2 year old.

Rooms and other facilities were clean

No staff to attend Nobody responded when we complained of issues like phone not working,,water heater not working,,,it was given shock. There was no switch to switch off light. It kept us up the whole night. Next day room cleaning person finally showed that there was a regulator to use lights,,,now how could anyone guess that. But any complaints fall on deaf ears.

we went kaani village, the place is nice. no staff was there all the time only one security I saw the night, the place were so dark at the night. we requested so many times to the security staff I saw, but he refused telling its not possible. I was asking to put on lights because I had two toddlers and they scared of darkness. we paid MVR6000 something rufiya for 2 days and we didnt get any food to eat from the hotel. they took charges for transport too. I will not recommend this hotel and not going back again to this place.

Amazing :)

Property was very peaceful, there werent a lot of people so we had a lot of privacy, the pool is great and its available until 7:30 PM so it was nice. There is a billiard table and nice relaxing area to read too. The staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. Property is also very responsive to messages which we really appreciated. This was the only family room available at that time so we booked it. We liked that its big enough to accommodate 3 adults and 1 kid but compared to the rest of the Kaani properties this one is probably the only one that didnt have a nice view since its not near the beach. Still worth the price.

The breakfast options were limited and the breakfast timing. Buffet closes at 9:30. and we had to walk all the way to another Kaani property for breakfast. And the TV channels didnt work.
