Superb

Good value for your money

Great location near main street of Little Havana. We also had whole little backyard for ourselves, with table, ping-pong table, hammock and few sunbeds, so that a bonus as well. All in all, great value for your money. Also, very friendly host!

Room is not spacious, and bathroom is small, but that is reflected in price, so no surprise here.

First of all, Thanks to our host who was very helpful answering all questions and offering different cafes near the house. It was a lovely stay at this place for our family. The house is very nice decorated. Everything needed can be found in kitchen, but it would be nice to have more cookware. Rooms are clean. Location was good, its easily to reach other places by bus. Thanks to lady housekeeper, who was offering us a coffee in the mornings.

Great place! If you're interested in exploring Little Havana it's just a short walk. We walked to LoanDepot park and took a quick Uber back at night.

No complaints. We didn't stay in the room a lot though. Beds were comfy. No cable, just some streaming channels if that matters to you.

What we needed, but nothing more.

The location was amazing. The decor was nice. The beds were fairly comfortable and clean. There were good amenities. The outdoor shared space was nice and comfy looking. The towels were particularly comfortable.

However, it wasn't super clean, especially the shower and shower curtain. There were also a lot of ants in the room. There wasn't a comfy place to sit in the rooms except on the beds. There was a really weird smell as well.

Great location! Room/cleaning need some attention

Great location just a stones throw from Little Havana! Lovely safe neighbourhood.

One of the beds had dirty bed linens we pulled the sheets back to get in and found lots of hairs. I asked Sergio if he could send someone over the next day to change the sheets, and he said he would, but turns out the other bed was clean so we just used that instead. The bathroom was very small, so it was hard to access the basin without having to close the door behind you.

Overall I enjoyed my stay, and would book again for future visits.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was very clean when we got there and smelled good. The house was very nice and the outside area in the backyard was nice. The neighborhood was nice and its very close to the little downtown area they have there and also close to a lot of businesses.

The only suggestions I would make is to add some hooks in the closet or bathroom for towels to hang and dry on after showering, I would have preferred single use coffee/sugar/salt and pepper packets for guests especially with COVID or just general sanitary purposes. I didnt feel comfortable using what was offered so therefore I didnt use them. There was also a chair in the room but the seat part was broken and not useable so I would just remove that.
