Nothing it was the worst decision I took in all my travels! The only positive thing is one staff member called (Maan) who was trying to help us and be friendly and correct his colleagues mistakes but unfortunately these were not possible to be corrected by one person! I actually felt Im in hospital at the check out not a resort ! The guy at the reception didnt smile even once and did not ask about our experience !

Everything . Most staff were very bad , service was poor, food options are so poor, slow and unfriendly staff. I regret the few days I wasted at this resort !

The property, though being big, feels intimate - perfect for a romantic getaway. Offers great complimentary activities such as stargazing, snorkelling, yoga and tennis.

Excellent Stay!! Will come again!!

- professional staff - Very friendly and helpful staff - beautiful beach - great room sizes - specifically one staff member (female) who worked at the pool & also at the beach. She always ended her phrases with "certainly sir/ma'am". She was AMAZING! When she was around, we knew, we would get excellent service. Thanks to the entire staff for making this vacation a relaxing, memorable & unforgettable moment.

This hotel and staff are a 10 out of 10. There were absolutely no negative points to be mentioned but maybe some helpful tipps on some very small adaptions: - since this is a private beach/hotel i think external parties shouldn't fish or sunbath in the hotel area - cleaning was excellent but the capsules in the coffee-machine weren't removed, we did it ourselves. - mini bar refill staff, water refill staff & cleaning personell should do the rooms at the same time. - beach bar, (the bar closer to the villa) has some issues. Food / drinks we ordered never arrived but glasses with ice arrived. Happened 2 times, unfortunately our favorite staff member (female) wasn't there.. but the staff member that worked on those days were chatting behind the bar. So no busy time.

Outstanding resort in top location

- Location: access to a private beach - one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island. Breathtaking view on le Morne. - Staff: excellent, professional and friendly staff. Our manager Neha and our dedicated butler Kanen delivered outstanding customer service and made our honeymoon very special. - Food: amazing variety and quality - many different restaurants to choose from daily. - Facilities: tennis court, 24h gym, spa, game room, library - everything very clean, modern and inviting We highly enjoyed our stay here and therefore recommend it!

- Drinks service at the beach could be improved (communication and delivery)

Perfect stay and our highlight of Mauritius

We had an amazing and unforgettable time at JW Marriott Mauritius. We got an upgrade to a Beachfront villa which had an amazing view over the sea and sunset. The resort is very clean and perfectly maintained. We want to specifically thank Mrs. Marie Michle and the butler team who made our stay an amazing and memorable experience. We also want to highlight the great opportunity of doing compulsory activities such as kayaking or stand up paddling. We will definitely choose this resort again when visiting Mauritius.
