Very good

Amazing from start to finish!

It was our first getaway with our little doggy and it was amazing from start to finish. Great location with 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop to the city of Edinburgh, great walks near by to tire out our dog and dog friendly pubs everywhere. Lovely room with incredible relaxing dinning area, great breakfast and an even better service from the host. Would absolutely come here again and we would recommend the stay to anyone coming to Edinburgh.

Great location great to the bus stop Spotlessly clean and beautiful room Very welcoming hosts who were extremely helpful Loved the hot tub!

Guests above us were very loud and woke us up at 5:30am but was otherwise a perfect stay!

A nice/cozy taste of Scotland

Very homely, and very clean. The owner was very friendly, and helpful. The patio area for food was beautiful. The music was very relaxing while enjoying some breakfast, the scenery was cozy.

Very good

A fabulous stay outside of the city

I loved how quiet the neighborhood was and so close to the 44 bus stop which takes you into the city. A nice walk to an excellent pub. Rooms clean and sparkly in grey orange and white color scheme. Good choice of a healthy breakfast to start the day or a sack breakfast for those early trips.

We missed the owner Karen on this trip. She is the life and soul of the bed and breakfast. Hope all is well

Apart from the above the stay was fine but I wouldnt book again. Sorry.

Location was quiet and convenient.

The pillows were very hard indeed. The window ledge was dusty the day bed set up in the window is falling apart.

Disappointing

Disappointing.

Comfy bed.

Lots. Bathroom needs upgrading. Can't stand up in shower. No handwash, teatowel or dishcloth. Room decor was tired and needs some tlc. Cobwebs and cutlery dirty. Breakfast was limited. Overall not as advertised on the website.
