The room was not specious. The management did not provide a sea facing room even after repeated requests & extra payment offered wherein the room was vacant .....

The food and the staff are on the positive side of this hotel.

Rooms are not cleaned for a single day. TV was not working. Rooms are shabby.

Good but need improvement on Room Services which are quiet basic one, Water, Blanket, Bedsheet.

Had Breakfast on both days, and quality and quantity was Great.

1. No person was there at the Reception at Night (imagine some emergency scenario) 2. Extra Blanket for additional Bed is not provided and after asking from the Staff - Got information that, it's night now and other staffs are not available. So he is unable to provide the Blanket and at last also... they have not given the blanket. 3. Asked for Mineral Water, received same response.... it's Night, we can't provide. How can you tell "NO" when water is asked. Though, after begging for 15 mins the staff was kind enough to give us 2 water bottles. 4. Had stayed for 2 days, they have not changed the bedsheet nor Towel. When asked, got the same response.... Laundry has not come yet so unavailable to provide us the same. 5. While Check Out, they have added cost of 2 water bottles that comes under Complimentary Water bottle 1 each per day. Upon cross checking the items, got a deduction of it. 6. Also, no water RO Point is there, so a customer is forced to purchase Bottle Water. 7. Deluxe Room with Sea Side facing Balcony -- Just for Advertising only. Your view is completely blocked by trees and buildings. 8. Need to ask to Switch ON Geyser every time on Morning, Evening. 9. AC Remote was missing, asked the Staff. He never came back with the remote. As I have gone in December so have not used the AC a lot but still...

Superb

Excellent property, with very good amenities, rooms are big and clean and very well maintained. Hotel staffs are very well behaved and attentive. Food is very good and delicious, but just a little bit expensive. The complimentary breakfast is very good. The swimming pool is well maintained and very well decorated. Overall a very nice place to stay at Mandarmani.
