Nice hotel

Appreciated the effective security measures, requiring a card for elevator access. The room offered serene tranquility, equipped with convenient universal plug sockets. The staff were genuinely friendly. The thoughtfully crafted artificial window view, compensating for the absence of a natural window, was a nice touch. Conveniently, the Cityplaza shopping mall is located right next to the hotel. Also, I like the vending machines outside my room, and sitting area.

It would greatly enhance the experience to have natural sunlight and a window. Alternatively, a more realistic artificial window view and lighting could provide a pleasing atmosphere.

Almost good on the weekdays, but extremely noisy and disturbing in the weekends

Good points: - Very helpful and accommodating staff - Next to the mall (convenient to get stuff on the weekdays) - Full laundry facilities in the hotel - Pleasant feeling inside the hotel - The rooms are mostly nice and feel comfortable - Rooms are generally quiet on the weekdays

Bad points: - Next to the mall (very loud in the weekends) - No fridge in the room, - Noise outside during cleaning hours in the day. - Nothing around this location except for the mall - No perfect room I stayed 7 days in large rooms in Juno, and I was changing rooms every day trying to find a room where nothing bothers me. My main problem is that air con units were too loud in the large twin rooms. I tried different twin rooms every day, but none of them had a silent air con unit (or something else was wrong). By changing many rooms I found that some rooms were better than other, but almost always there were some problems like broken tap, broken phone, broken light, worn floor, next to the wall were you can hear prayers, etc... Every room had its own something. It is quite a pity because the rooms are generally good, but never quite reaching the very good level. Also, a huge problem was on weekend. Because the hotel is literally inside the mall, the mall has a tendency to play very loud music during weekends all day long, because of various events they are running, and so it is extremely loud during the day inside both the hotel in your room and inside the mall as well. So if you want to have a quite rest on the weekend in the rooms (or in the mall) there is no chance. Which was especially annoying because I wanted to rest during day but couldn't due to loud music in the mall.

We were happy

The staff were very friendly, especially the housekeepers. Room was comfortable and good value. Location is nice, with a mall directly next door. The shower was nice too. I like that there was a laundry room (self service without extra fee)

The hairdryer overheats quickly and then requires few minutes to cool down, which is very inefficient and annoying. Also the dryer in laundry room didn't seem to work very well and unfortunately we had to checkout with some clothes still moist from washing them the same morning.

It's good!

The staff is really helpful for helping us with parking our car. The bed is comfy and there is vending machine for snacks and drinks. Make sure to prepare 10.000 and 5.000 because it cost 10.000 and 15.000 ;)

It's free parking, but we got confused on how to get out without paying. We supposed to get out from manual gate (with a person in it) to get free pass not the automatic gate. And the staff inform us later on after we stay one night in the hotel (it cost around 45.000 rupiah)

It's good for me

It's near Jatinegara Stasion so we can walk to Jatinegara Station. The hotel located inside a mall but beside the building so it's easy to get food. The breakfast was serve in a box and we have to get it to food saver. The staff is also helpful for helping us park our car.

There is only one way to go to the food saver and its kind of far from where i stay and i got confused for a sec there.
