Very nice place to stay with friendly staff and guests. But see other comments above.

The overall room was ok, however the bathroom was outside of my room, and I got sick so that was a really bad thing. My room was above the entrance so I could hear all the people coming and going +++ and the noise from outside and people calling out until very late in the night did not help. The price I paid was considerably more for a lesser standard of room than my last stay. Breakfast was included in the price but was a limited choice.

Our first room was beautiful but no windows! We asked to move to a room with windows and were moved to the top floor - lovely big room and nice shower. Rooftop area for meals was a bit lacking - food ok - didn't see hosts apart from when we came and went... arrived late (10pm) and wasn't a particularly good welcome...

Steep stairs up to room - hard to find even for the tuktuk driver.

Good location

We stayed there for two days. Lots of stairs to go in your room. Very narrow stairs. They didnt clean our room on second day. When we asked why they didnt do room service even though we gave them room keys when we went out, they said we clean when someone is in room. Who would allow to clean room while you come in your room to sleep? Food was ok, they dont give water or cutlery when you order food, we have to ask for it.

Ultimately, really enjoyed the stay here.

Location was very good and the hotel had a homely feeling. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. The staff was excellent and organised us a camel ride which was our highlight at Jodhpur. Also, the rooftop had an amazing view of the city! It was an absolute treat to watch the fireworks during Diwali.

I recommend the rooftop restaurant and the hotel as such. The staff are super nice and it feels surreal to stay in a place that's so historic! Highly recommend!

Please improve the air circulation in the rooftop, it gets too hot.

Beautiful, over 300-year-old, family-run haveli in the old town of Jodhpur.

Beautiful, over 300-year-old, family-run haveli in the old town of Jodhpur. Mehrangarh Fort, Sardar Market (Clock Tower), Toorji Ka Jhalra Bavdi (step well) are all within walking distance. We arrived late in the evening and although the kitchen was already closed, Lal Singh, the good soul of the house, prepared a warm and delicious dinner for us - as he did every evening during our stay. Our room was very nice and clean, as was the bathroom. The owner organized a laundry service for us as well as transport to the airport. We would book the accommodation again at any time
